The AHP works in co-operation with private lending institutions who provide mortgage finance to affordable home buyers.
Currently there are five private lending institutions which offer mortgages to affordable home buyers. These lenders are, Bank of Ireland , Educational Building Society (EBS), Ulster Bank and Haven Mortgages Ltd.
This section of the site has been designed to assist these lenders in understanding key areas of the affordable home purchase process.
