In conjunction with the Department of the Environment, Heritage & Local Government, the Affordable Homes Partnership has developed a step by step Part V Resource Pack on concluding Part V agreements.
The Pack contains core legislation and guidance issued by the Department on the implementation of Part V.
The purpose of this pack is to:
- promote a common approach among local authorities in the implementation of Part V under the Acts
- provide an information and reference guide
- use as a training manual.
The Pack is now in its 2nd Edition, published in June 2007 and contains the following:
