Part V Legislation

There are several pieces of legislation which relate to         Part V.

The applicable Acts and Regulations are:

• Planning & Development Act 2000
• Planning & Development (Amendment) Act 2002
• Planning & Development Regulations, 2001 - Part V
• Planning & Development Regulations, 2003

These acts have being consolidated to make it easier for people involved in concluding Part V agreements to know which legal provisions currently apply.
